Meet Chris Lemley, the captain of Team USA!
A competitive online gamer since age 9, Chris joined an upstart Team Pandemic squad in 2005 as a Counter-Strike player before settling into his career in the business side of the organization. Alongside then-manager Mark Dolven, Lemley was instrumental in the restructuring and expansion of the team into the modern esports of World of Warcraft and Call of Duty 4, as well as the signing of the team's flagship sponsorship with Dell University.
After becoming full Owner and President in 2007, Lemley's Pandemic has taken off on the heels of great competitive and financial success and solidified itself as one of the elite independent multi-gaming brands. In his first year at the helm the team took home an astonishing seven World Series of Video Games championships, accumulated more than $250,000 in cash and prizes, and earned nomination for the 'Worldwide Esports Team of the Year;' only the second North American team to ever do so, and a far cry from the local Arkansas LAN roots of the team's inception.
